Our CNC steel mould is manufactured via laser cutting and CNC milling process. The whole processing is controlled by CIM system to ensure consistent product precision. After welding and mirror polishing, the mould surface has no burrs. It features strong structural stability, long service life and easy demoulding, widely applied to produce fuel tanks, water tanks and other plastic rotomolding parts. All CNC steel moulds will pass strict quality inspection and mould testing before delivery.
